From the moment I walked into Honda Barn I felt at ease. I visited several times and each time my experience was the same, I felt comfortable. There was no pressure. Plenty of information and knowledge, seasoned professionals, confident without pressure. I searched for months even in different states, many different makes and models, and met a great deal of sales people all trying to make the best decision for my family. John Singleton was terrific! I am thrilled with my selection from Honda Barn, John and the staff. Highly recommend!!

Excellent Service!
My husband and I have been going to Honda Barn for years. This is where we bought our first Honda and continue to do so. We're on our 3rd Honda from Honda Barn. Service is always great! Free car wash after is always a nice touch!

    5 Stars         I'm reviewing just the service department now, although I purchased my Honda Civic here at the Barn and that experience was entirely satisfactory. But service is what really matters 'cuz that's where the joy of the new ride gets replaced by the pain and suffering of jaw-dropping parts prices and shop rates steeper than Tuckerman's Ravine. So I thought I'd compliment Honda Barn's Service Dept. In a world of dealership service departments that are typically understaffed, populated with desk jockeys who are disinterested if not surly, and estimated wait times that you may multiply times three to derive the actual time you will sit in a room with others such as yourself with no ride home and no loaner, watching The View and thumbing through old copies of People magazine, the Honda Barn distinguishes itself with service reps who actually seem to be eager to take care of you, empathetic, in good humor and willing to go the extra mile for the customer. I was in for a minor manufacturer recall to update vehicle software, so I hung around for what turned out to be a couple of hours. The service staff was actually fun and interesting to talk to, went out of their way to follow up on a couple of my requests that fell outside the warranty service, and generally made the whole experience tolerable if not a bit of fun. Dealership service departments are a necessary evil after you buy a new car, I guess, but the Honda Barn made my several visits pleasant beyond the norm. If you need Honda service, I recommend the Barn.

Working with Tim Raymond was a fantastic experience.  I never felt pressured to buy something I didn't want and he let us take our time to figure out what we wanted.  And when the dealership did not have the Hybrid Accord model I wanted he made the fantastic suggestion that I could have leather seats added to the model that was available. I went to the Honda's barn to purchase used Silverado. I was able to view a video that Cynthia had made on YouTube before traveling there which was very helpful. Once there Cynthia was very helpful and accommodating It made for a very worry and stress free first car buying experience. She was very sincere.
