Once for my breaks and once for routine maintenance. Booking the appointment was a convenient and easy process, I was able to get everything done I needed to. While my car was being serviced I was kept up to date as needed and I really appreciate the complementary multipoint inspection that was done. I was able to see what needed attention in the coming months and what was in great shape. I like a visual to be able to take home for me records. I plan to keep going back to them!

We called Honda Barn to schedule a vehicle inspection after registering them and got a quick reply to our message and an appointment the next day. Joe the service advisor was very personable and took the time to review the results of the inspection and answer any questions. We have owned Honda's since 1984, having done business with a family owned dealer in Newport, RI since then. Honda Barn is very similar to our previous dealer and we are confident Honda Barn will meet and exceed our expectations going forward. I wound up purchasing a new Ridgeline while my Honda Pilot was being inspected. Shawn Cass the sales consultant I worked with was knowledgeable without being pushy or high pressure. We settled on a fair price for the new vehicle and a fair trade in value on my Pilot. Although I was offered the option of taking delivery that day, my schedule prevented it and I did pick up my new Ridgeline two days later. The vehicle was ready on time and Shawn took the time to explain the nuances of the vehicle upon delivery. Overall outstanding experience in service and sales from Honda Barn. We look forward to continuing our almost 40 years of great Honda experience with Honda Barn as our dealer.

They came out to explain what was happening about midway through and didn't try to add unnecessary things to up sell me.
