I had a great experience at the Honda Barn. No pressure, just really friendly staff! John Singleton was terrific! I was "talked into" my last purchase at another local Honda dealership and I wasn't happy. The service at the other dealership wasn't very good. I had to call twice to set up an appointment, I was quoted a different amount than I was charged and I ended up waiting almost an hour after they said it would be ready. I'm looking forward to seeing how the Honda Barn stacks up in the service department. If the service staff is as friendly and helpful as the rest of the people at Honda Barn, I think it will be good. Brendan waved me right into a car bay, even though I was early. We went over all the service required and I was picked up. Brendan called twice while I was outside the dealership - once to let me know about a brake problem, and then to let me know the car was done. It was the best service I've had in a long time. Thanks Brendan and Honda Barn.
Dropped off the car the night before, used the new clean, heated, lighted night time drop off room that has a counter, drop off envelopes, pens and everything needed to fill out and complete the drop off form. Very nice. Dealership called me by 2pm the next day to say all work was done and the car was all set for pick-up. I arrived to a clean and updated service center, vehicle work area had newly finished clean floors and customer friendly indoor, drive in drop off service. I have never seen anything this nice at any other dealership before. I was very impressed and was happy with the service performed and the friendly service.
This was my first experience with Honda Barn. Christina in internet sales was tenacious but not pushy. It was great to not hear "when can you come in", as a first option. She was willing to do most of the deal through texting. Very smart! I'm a comparison shopper and she always assured me she would have the best deal. Initially they did not have my first color choice - but was going to work with me to get exactly what I wanted. I ended up with a car in stock. Mike Cicchetto was low pressure and extremely helpful, and facilitated a very quick transaction. I would certainly recommend Honda Barn to everyone. Sean Belanger made the financing piece quick and easy. Great overall transaction!

In for routine warranty work, I had requested another issue be explored. It was assessed as an extended warrantee issue as well and taken care of in exactly the time frame I was told to expect. Interaction with service staff was courteous, polite and professional. What more could one want from a dealership? This is yet another reason why the Honda Barn is our Honda dealership.

Makenzi, Bob, Christina, and Sean, sorry if I misspelled any of those. This team is the best. This was not only the best car buying experience, but the best customer service I've had. They went above and beyond my expectations and not only beat every brand in deals, but they even beat all the other Honda dealers. They will not let you down, I can tell you they operate with integrity and you will leave with a smile. I'm going to be buying a second car for my girlfriend within the next two years and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
Everyone was prompt and courteous as always. My vehicle's service code indicated two fluid changes were needed in addition to an oil change. Once they had my vehicle, Ethel discovered that one of the fluid changes had been done just a year ago so they called and said they weren't going to change that fluid. They could have easily done it again and charged me for it, but they did not. Great service for a fair price!
