Having helped my wife buy a car a few months earlier I knew what I wanted. Tim had the car prepped and ready for a test drive when I arrived and Sean was ready with the paperwork. The trade-in process was better than I expected. The only glitch was that I wanted a roof top carrier. Once they learned that I was able to drive away by the end of the day with exactly what I wanted.
Very helpful a vehicle we bought and prices is fair. Very quick delivery and explaining all extensions warranty. Sale personal explaining all functions and tips about new vehicle.
I was very happy with the entire process leasing from Bill Bradley at the Honda Barn. He is very knowledgeable about the car I leased. Spent a good amount of time going over all the electronics available in the car. He seemed to almost enjoy training me on all my new cars features.
We were welcomed the minute we entered the show room and the entire experience of purchasing our CRV was most enjoyable. John was a pleasure to work with, along with Bob and Eric. We’re first time customers and are very glad to be!
The entire process was positive. The salesman, Bill, was a joy to work with. Came back with a great price out of the gate. I'd already checked pricing on line and the price was right where it should be with no games. (I always hated the games.) Bill knew the product and when I picked up the car took all the time necessary to move us into the world of high tech cars. A joy to work with. Best of all, Bill always answered my calls or called me back within a few minutes. Even when he wasn't on duty. He knows how to treat and keep customers! Did I mention his sense of humor? Even if you don't buy the car you'll enjoy meeting Bill.
Was a very good experience; knowledgeable staff and well orchestrated. Loved that my husband and I were able to test drive on our own. Had all intention to buy a Subaru that day, but Dave did such a good job, I decided on another Honda!
The Good: Christina kallelis did a excellent job getting me a better price then what Dover Honda was trying to offer me. Christina would answer me right back and got all info I needed in a very timely matter. Christina did a excellent job convicing me to drive a little farther to get what I was looking for. The Negative: I was told that I would have my registration fee added into the loan and it doesn’t seem like it went through that way. I signed everything excited to get the new car, didn’t realize till after that the registration wasn’t included. Not sure if there was a miscommunication but I had my full trust that everything was going to go as it was offered. It is my fault as well for not verifying before signing.
This was not a scheduled appointment but my car was promptly accepted into the service area. I was informed the car was already in need of its first oil change which they took care of as well as correcting the tires' air pressures and rotating the tires. They offer 2 waiting rooms, one quiet (thank you) and the other with media, but I did not have to wait very long. The most fun surprise was they had washed my car too! Thank you!
